What You Will Be Doing

  • Process all telephone enquiries for Reservations in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner
  • Assign incoming correspondences, emails, and reservation messages in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide a warm and professional response to all guests and visitors to the hotel, delivering excellent customer service and providing all the relevant information they need for their stay
  • Ensure all reservations are recorded and confirmed accurately in accordance with the hotel's standard
  • Update availability on the hotel's global distribution (GDS) when required
