What You Will Be Doing
- Serve food and drinks orders to the required standard, using the appropriate cutlery and condiments.
- Be knowledgeable of food dishes and drinks, offering suggestions and recommendations where necessary.
- Manage customer expectations throughout the service, to ensure an enjoyable, personalised dining experience.
- Be aware of VIPs, Corporate and regular guest arrivals and to ensure requirements are anticipated and met.
- Ensure billing information is precise and all payment transactions are processed correctly.
