What You Will Be Doing
- Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming Meetings & Events enquiries via phone, email, and third-party platforms.
- Prepare and send tailored proposals and contracts in line with client and hotel.
- Conduct follow-up communications to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and maximise revenue.
- Follow the meetings and events strategy set and diary management.
- Ensure a comprehensive handover is done with Meetings and Events Planning.
