What You Will Be Doing
- Ensure tables and service stations are ready for service.
- Greet guests, check reservations and allocate tables accordingly.
- Take responsibility for a section of the restaurant during shift, overseeing service delivery and highlighting any issues to the supervisor/manager.
- Ensure any dietary requirements are noted in the till at time of order and communicated to the Kitchen.
- Take orders and process them through the till.
- Assist supervisors in training of new team members.
