What You Will Be Doing:
- Clean the kitchen area and its surroundings before, during and after service including equipment, and floors.
- Ensure the hot & cold drinks area is kept replenished and cleaned on a daily basis.
- Carry general kitchen duties such as operating the dishwasher, washing all cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and waste disposal.
- Ensure all perishable/non-perishable stock is received and stored correctly, adhering to HACCAP regulations and Hotel standards.
- Ensure fridges & store areas are kept clean and tidy.
