Key Responsibilities:
- Check rooms after cleaning, rectifying any areas not in line with standards before releasing the room
- Provide regular feedback and training to the room attendants about room cleanliness to help them achieve the required standards in the required timeframe
- Attend departmental meetings and assist in ensuring clear and consistent communication regarding team performance and goals
- Execute a weekly stock count on the floors
- Oversee room preparation for VIP guests and site inspections
- Assist in delivery of departmental trainings
- Ensure team understands the training and monitor if standards are followed on a daily basis

- Proven experience in hospitality
- Strong organisational skills, with experience managing large and diverse teams
- Approachable, hands-on, and passionate about guest experience and team development
