What You Will Be Doing
- Ensure that we have sufficient operational equipment and uniforms to run the day‑to‑day operations, placing orders in time and to the correct levels.
- Prepare monthly cutlery and crockery count for F&B.
- Check daily bookings, make table plans and close booking channels when needed.
- Analyse F&B feedback and prepare reports for F&B management.
- Update and replace menu information for all outlets, working with the Chef and Bars Manager to keep menu bibles up to date.
- Update operational rotas into payroll system.
