Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily night operation of the Hotel to ensure the smooth running of each shift
- Maintain the highest levels of customer service throughout the night shift, ensuring this is reflected in the standard of service given to the Hotel’s guests and visitors at all times
- Respond promptly and be responsible for dealing with any emergency/crisis situation within the hotel at night, acting as the first point of contact for guests and emergency services as per the Hotel’s emergency procedures
- Record any incidents, complaints, and/or problems arising at Night
- Ensure all administration and night audit reports are run on all systems and reconciled and completed to the hotel standard, liaising with relevant departments
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience within hospitality
- Strong organisational skills, with experience managing large and diverse teams
- Approachable, hands-on, and passionate about guest experience and team development
- Drive to go above and beyond, in exceeding guest expectations and finding ways to continually improve service
