What You Will Be Doing
- Prepare and serve house and bespoke cocktails, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages using the appropriate garnish, to the required standard.
- Be knowledgeable of all menu and standard cocktails, spirits, beers, wines and champagnes, offering suggestions and recommendations as required.
- Manage and anticipate guest expectations to provide a personalised service.
- Maximize food and drink revenue by offering suggestions and recommendations to suit customers’ individual tastes.
- Receive and serve bar food orders in a timely manner from order to service at the Bar.
