Strand Legal Consultancy Ltd is expanding our London-based team and seeking a dedicated IAA Level 1 Immigration Caseworker to support our growing client base. You will work closely with our expert advisors to deliver high-quality immigration services across a range of UK visa categories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise and assist clients on UK immigration matters within your authorised scope (Level 1 – IAA)
  • Prepare and submit visa applications and supporting documents
  • Maintain case records in line with regulatory and company standards
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and relevant government bodies
  • Support case progression under supervision of senior advisors
🔎 Requirements:
  • Current IAA Level 1 registration (formerly OISC Level 1)
  • Strong understanding of UK immigration routes and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and client-focused
  • Previous casework experience (private or charity sector) is desirable
