A leading European Digital Infrastructure team within a global investment banking and advisory platform is looking for a Vice President. The team advises investors, operators, developers, private equity firms, infrastructure funds, sovereign wealth funds and institutional clients on major data centre and digital infrastructure transactions across Europe. This is a high-profile role with strong client exposure, significant responsibility and the opportunity to work on some of the most active areas in real assets and infrastructure.
The Role
- Lead the execution of M&A and Corporate Finance mandates across the European data centre and digital infrastructure markets.
- Manage transaction workstreams, oversee the production of analysis and materials, support senior colleagues (MD and Director) in continuing to grow the platform and mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead transaction execution across data centre and digital infrastructure mandates.
- Support M&A, fundraising, asset sales, recapitalisations, equity raises and strategic advisory projects.
- Build and review financial models, valuations and underwriting materials.
- Prepare pitch books, investor materials, information memoranda and transaction documents.
- Coordinate due diligence, marketing processes and client deliverables.
- Work with senior team members on client coverage and business development.
- Manage and mentor analysts and associates.
- Engage directly with clients, investors and counterparties.
- Support market research, sector mapping and new business origination.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the wider global platform.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have strong transaction experience from one or more of the following areas:
- Investment banking.
- Corporate finance or M&A advisory.
- Digital infrastructure, TMT or asset-heavy sectors.
- Big 4 corporate finance or transaction advisory.
Experience and Skills
Candidates should ideally have:
- 5+ years of relevant transaction experience.
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
- Experience across M&A, capital raising, asset sales, refinancing or recapitalisations.
- Good understanding of equity and debt structures.
- Strong analytical, written and presentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Confidence working with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Interest in capital markets, technology, infrastructure and macro trends.
- Collaborative working style and strong personal accountability.
Experience in data centres, infrastructure, real estate, TMT or asset-heavy businesses would be helpful. European language skills would be useful but are not essential.
