Strand Hill is seeking a Real Estate Fund Accountant to join its London-based finance team. The role covers end-to-end accounting for a portfolio of real estate development and asset management mandates, including statutory reporting and investor reporting.
The candidate should be Part Qualified, finalist or qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with strong real estate experience and a solid understanding of FRS 102 and UK reporting requirements.
