Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial aspects of transactions, including tax-efficient structuring, financial due diligence, and fund flow preparation.
- Oversee outsourced accounting functions, review financial statements, and ensure accurate investor reporting.
- Manage fund cash flow, review intercompany transactions, and collaborate with the treasury team on financing.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, manage tax reporting, and oversee governance of fund structures.
- Act as the key finance contact for investors, auditors, and service providers.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Skills:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with around 8 years of post-qualification experience.
