Portfolio Management Director – European Real Estate Based in London (or Amsterdam) One Europe’s fastest growing, multi-asset, commercial Real Estate businesses is hiring for a Senior Portfolio Management professional at Director level. The business has experienced significant growth in recent years and has quickly established itself as a market leader with an enviable pan-European portfolio. This has been coupled with innovative investment in its people, technology and sustainability (ESG). The successful candidate will join a dynamic, multi-regional team responsible for strategic management and optimising the performance of a complex pan European portfolio during the next stage of growth of the business. Key Responsibilities Lead, design and deliver comprehensive financial and commercial analysis at asset, country and regional level to support strategic decision making by senior managers, C Suite & investors. Lead the appraisal and presentation of strategic initiatives related to capital markets and financing transactions, hold/sell analysis and capital expenditure (Capex) opportunities to drive revenue and create value across the portfolio. Develop and implement strategies to optimise property performance including revenue management, centralisation of services, and capital improvement plans. Lead the development, and management of, an institutional grade data warehouse capability across the operational portfolio. Lead the review and presentation of assumptions, inputs and consolidated data during the annual budgeting process. Required Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Real Estate (or similar).8-10+ years’ experience within the real estate sector, preferably in portfolio management. Experience in asset management of complex multi regional portfolios. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and portfolio management systems. Demonstrable experience of partnering and influencing senior stakeholders and investors.
