The team advises sophisticated investors, operators, developers, private equity firms, infrastructure funds, sovereign capital and institutional clients across complex data centre and digital infrastructure transactions. The successful candidate will play a central role in the execution of high-value transactions across Europe, with direct exposure to clients, investors and senior decision-makers from day one.
The Opportunity
- Lead execution on an increasing volume of live mandates and support the continued expansion of the platform - overseeing underwriting and transaction execution, while providing mentorship and development to junior team members.

Responsibilities
- Leading and managing live transaction workstreams across data centre and digital infrastructure mandates.
- Supporting M&A, fundraising, platform transactions, asset sales, recapitalisations, land transactions, equity raises and strategic capital advisory assignments.
- Building, reviewing and managing financial models, valuation analysis and underwriting materials.
- Preparing high-quality pitch books, proposals, information memoranda, investor presentations and transaction documentation.
- Coordinating due diligence, marketing processes, client deliverables and investor interactions.
- Working closely with senior team members on client coverage, strategic advisory and business development initiatives.
- Managing and mentoring junior team members, including analysts and associates.
- Engaging directly with clients, investors and counterparties in a credible, commercial and relationship-led manner.
- Contributing to market mapping, sector research and new business origination.
- Collaborating with colleagues across a broader global data centre and real assets platform.
Candidate Profile
Candidates should bring strong technical capability, commercial judgement and the confidence to operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong transaction execution experience gained from one or more of the following environments:
- Investment banking
- Corporate finance or M&A advisory
- Infrastructure advisory
- Real estate capital markets
- Digital infrastructure, TMT or asset-heavy sector advisory
- Big 4 corporate finance / transaction advisory
- Infrastructure, real estate or private capital investment platforms
Experience and Skills Required
Candidates should ideally offer:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, infrastructure, real estate, financial services or a related transaction-focused role.
- Strong financial modelling skills, including valuation, underwriting, three-statement modelling, investment analysis and transaction structuring.
- Experience working on M&A, capital raising, platform transactions, asset sales, refinancing, recapitalisations or similar advisory mandates.
- A solid understanding of equity and debt capitalisation structures.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Confidence managing multiple live projects independently.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Intellectual curiosity and an interest in macroeconomic, capital markets, technology and infrastructure trends.
- A collaborative approach and strong sense of personal accountability.
Experience in data centres, infrastructure, real estate, TMT or other asset-heavy business models would be particularly relevant. European language skills would be helpful but are not required.
