The successful candidate will support the evaluation and execution of property investments, financial modelling, and market analysis across a range of real estate sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models for potential acquisitions and existing assets
  • Conduct market research, investment analysis, and due diligence on potential opportunities
  • Assist with underwriting, valuation analysis, and investment committee materials
  • Support transaction processes including financial analysis and coordination with advisors
  • Monitor portfolio performance and prepare asset management reports
