I'm partnering with a fast-growing infrastructure asset management firm to hire a newly qualified Management Accountant for their London finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has recently qualified as ACA / ACCA and wants to gain broad exposure across management accounting, audits, regulatory reporting, tax compliance, and operational finance in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- Management Accounting
- Prepare quarterly management accounts and finance reports
- Review sales and purchase ledgers and VAT return workings
- Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules
- Prepare journals, accruals, and prepayments
- Conduct revenue and cost analysis and support cash flow forecasting
- Audit & Financial Reporting
- Assist with the annual financial statement audits
- Liaise with auditors and provide supporting documentation
- Support preparation of financial statement disclosures
- Tax & Regulatory Compliance
- Assist with annual tax computations and filings
- Support preparation of quarterly and ad-hoc regulatory returns
- Operational Finance
- Manage client invoicing and management fee calculations
- Oversee staff expense reimbursement processes (Concur)
- Support supplier payments and banking tasks
- Gain exposure to finance operations relating to investment vehicles
