We’re partnering with a growing international real estate investment and asset management firm to hire a Finance Manager supporting their European platform. This is an exciting opportunity to join a lean, high-performing team overseeing a diverse European portfolio across logistics and office assets, and working closely with senior leadership and global stakeholders.
The Role
Reporting directly to the European Finance Director, you will take ownership of financial management, reporting, and oversight across a range of real estate investments and structures. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing outsourced accounting providers and reviewing financial outputs (local GAAP & IFRS)
- Leading financial reporting cycles, audits, and investor reporting deliverables
- Acting as a key finance partner to investment and asset management teams
- Overseeing cash management, banking relationships, and debt compliance
- Supporting financial modelling, forecasting, and transaction activity
- Coordinating with external advisers on tax, structuring, and regulatory matters
- Driving process improvements across finance operations
About You
- Qualified accountant (or equivalent)
- Experience in real estate, private equity, or investment environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting
- Commercial mindset with the ability to partner across teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
