My client is a fast growing real estate investment firm managing in excess of £15 billion in assets. The organisation has an established track record of acquiring and operating businesses, with a particular focus on real estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnering with designated portfolio businesses, building strong relationships with finance leads and maintaining regular communication.
  • Supporting the FP&A team through involvement in the review of forecasts, business plans, and asset valuations across assigned investments.
  • Managing quarterly reporting submissions for listed real estate investment entities and associated holding structures.
  • Assisting with the preparation of quarterly performance presentations for senior leadership.

Candidate Profile

  • Upper second-class degree (or equivalent) in any discipline.
  • Professionally qualified accountant (e.g., ACA or ACCA).
  • Advanced Excel capabilities and strong PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Highly organised, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
