To support our North American growth strategy, we are looking for an experienced Marketing & Communication Specialist (m/f/d). The role focuses on strengthening Strama-MPS’s visibility and market presence across North America, adapting global marketing activities to local market needs, and developing creative initiatives that support our commercial growth.

The Following Responsibilities Will Be Part of Your Role:
- Increase Strama-MPS's visibility and brand presence across the North American market
- Adapt and localize marketing content, campaigns and communication activities for U.S. customer expectations and market requirements
- Act as the link between the North American organization and the global marketing team
- Act as the voice of the North American market and provide feedback on how marketing activities can better resonate with local customers
- Identify opportunities to improve Strama-MPS's market presence and develop new marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Challenge conventional approaches, bring fresh ideas to the table and help Strama-MPS stand out in a competitive market
- Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas that support Strama-MPS's growth objectives in North America
- Manage and coordinate Strama-MPS's presence at trade shows, conferences and industry events throughout North America
- Plan, organize and execute major trade shows and marketing events
- Manage and grow Strama-MPS's digital presence across LinkedIn, website content and other relevant communication channels, including the creation, adaptation and publication of customer stories, event reports, photos, videos and other marketing content
- Support the commercial organization with marketing and communication materials as needed
- Monitor and report on marketing performance, visibility, engagement and other relevant marketing KPIs
- Maintain consistency with Strama-MPS's overall brand strategy while ensuring local market relevance
- Build relationships with industry organizations, event organizers, media partners and marketing suppliers where appropriate
Your Skills!
- Several years of successful experience in B2B marketing, communications or a related field
- Experience working within industrial, technical or manufacturing-related environments
- Strong understanding of how marketing creates visibility, awareness and measurable business impact
- Experience with digital marketing, LinkedIn, website content management and modern communication channels
- Creative thinker with a passion for turning ideas into action
- Confidence to present, advocate for and defend new ideas across different stakeholders and functions
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the willingness to challenge existing approaches and explore unconventional solutions
- Strong understanding of North American communication styles, customer expectations and market dynamics
- Ability to balance creativity with measurable business impact
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders
- Ability to adapt content and messaging to different audiences and cultural environments
- Experience coordinating trade shows, industry events or similar marketing activities
- Hands-on mentality with the willingness to execute as well as develop ideas
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working independently
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and modern marketing tools
- Familiarity with analytics, performance measurement and marketing KPIs
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
