Description

About the Role

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to support the efficient day-to-day running of transport and warehouse operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate documentation, supporting compliance, and delivering excellent customer service across multiple operational areas.

This role operates Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process freight documentation including manifests, consignment notes, and run sheets
  • Support scheduling, labour coordination, and timesheet processing
  • Maintain accurate records across logistics systems (e.g. CBS, D365, Tollworks)
  • Assist warehouse, fleet, and yard teams with administrative support
  • Manage customer enquiries relating to freight, PODs, and bookings
  • Liaise with drivers, contractors, and internal teams
  • Support safety, compliance (CoR/WHS), and reporting requirements
  • Assist with KPI reporting and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong administration experience in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and strong data accuracy
  • Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience in logistics/transport or knowledge of CoR (desirable)
  • Familiarity with logistics systems or ERP platforms (desirable)
