Grower 27,000 32,000 + Package re looking for a Grower / Horticultural Production professional to join a well-established and highly respected horticultural business. You ll be involved in growing a wide range of bedding plants and perennials, taking plants from young stock and seedlings through to finished, sale-ready plants. It s a hands-on role covering all the usual aspects of plant husbandry, including watering and irrigation, feeding, weeding, pruning and propagation. You ll also be involved in grading and sorting plants, keeping an eye on pests and diseases, and helping with the general upkeep and maintenance of the growing areas and facilities. It s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys growing plants, likes being hands-on and wants to be part of a busy, commercial horticultural operation.
