The Role
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where you'll take ownership of a thriving plant department. With the support of an experienced business behind you, you'll shape the product range, maintain outstanding retail standards, and lead your team through every season of the gardening calendar. Your responsibilities will include:
- Selecting and merchandising high-quality plants from trusted growers
- Leading, coaching and developing a small, enthusiastic team
