Position: Head of Marketing – Lead & Innovate

Key Responsibilities

1. Engage with prospective clients via phone and email
2. Execute multi-platform digital marketing campaigns (training provided)
3. Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth
4. Define and execute business strategies across various timeframes
5. Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing marketing team
6. Participate in leadership and professional development training

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5+ years in digital marketing, growth marketing, or online sales
• Self-motivated with a performance-driven mindset
• Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaigns
• Passionate about leadership, digital marketing, and business growth
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Experience with Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn advertising is a plus but not required
