JOB VACANCY: Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver Location: Winfrith Newburgh Job Type: Full-Time Permanent Salary: £28,000 About the Role We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver to join an established team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in warehouse, industrial or site-based environments, with a broad range of operational skills and safety training. This is a varied role suited to someone who is flexible, practical and confident carrying out warehouse duties, operating equipment and supporting wider site operations. Key Responsibilities * Operating FLTs safely and efficiently. * Operating MEWPs where authorised and appropriately trained. * Supporting crane operations, including slinging and banksman duties. * Loading and unloading deliveries and moving materials around the site. * Carrying out general warehouse duties, stock handling and material control. * Working with portable power tools and hand tools. * Following COSHH procedures and asbestos awareness guidance. * Working safely in confined spaces where trained and authorised. * Supporting first aid and Site Emergency Response Team duties, where required and appropriately trained. * Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment. * Following all company health and safety procedures. Essential Skills, Qualifications & Training The successful candidate should ideally hold relevant training, qualifications or experience in the following areas: * FLT Driver * MEWP Operator * Crane, Slinger and Banksman * Confined Space Training * First Aid * Classified Worker status, where applicable to the role * Site Emergency Response Team (SERT) * COSHH Training * Asbestos Awareness * Portable Power Tools and Hand Tools The Ideal Candidate * Reliable, punctual and hardworking. * Safety-conscious with a positive attitude. * Able to work independently and as part of a team. * Flexible and willing to undertake a variety of duties. * Experienced in warehouse, industrial or site-based environments. * Committed to maintaining high standards of safety, housekeeping and efficiency.
