We are looking for an experienced Carpentry Estimator to join this company's growing team, working on high-quality shop fitting and commercial fit-out projects. This is a key role for someone who understands carpentry packages inside out and can confidently price projects from tender through to final account.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing accurate estimates and take-offs for carpentry and joinery works
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
- Identifying value engineering opportunities and cost efficiencies
- Assisting with tender submissions and commercial reviews
- Working closely with project managers and site teams
About You:
- Proven experience as a carpentry estimator, ideally within shop fitting or commercial fit-out
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, joinery, and interior fit-out works
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

- Experience with estimating software is an advantage
