We are currently recruiting on behalf of a specialist contractor delivering high-quality property repairs. Due to continued growth and an increasing workload, we are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of repair and reinstatement works, which may include:
  • General building repairs and property reinstatement
  • Brickwork and structural repairs
  • Plastering, including complete rooms and patch repairs
  • Wall and floor tiling
  • Carpentry and joinery
  • Making good and finishing works
  • Other general building and maintenance tasks associated with insurance repairs

The Ideal Candidate

  • We are looking for a reliable and experienced tradesperson who can work to a high standard and represent our client professionally when working in customers' homes.
  • You will need:
  • Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson / Builder
  • A valid CSCS card
  • A current UK driving licence
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent reliability and a professional approach
  • Flexibility to work away from home when required, with accommodation provided.
