We are looking for an experienced Senior Working Foreman (Carpentry Bias) to join an expanding team, delivering high-end commercial kitchen fit-out projects across the corporate hospitality and restaurant sectors. This role suits a hands-on foreman with a strong carpentry background and a passion for delivering exceptional finishes in premium environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead from the front with a strong focus on first and second fix carpentry
- Oversee installation of bespoke joinery, cabinetry, and high-spec kitchen and front-of-house elements
- Deliver high-quality fit-outs within corporate hospitality spaces and restaurant environments
- Coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain efficient workflow on site
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high specification
- Maintain strict health & safety standards and site compliance
- Liaise with project managers, designers, and clients
Requirements:
- Strong background in carpentry/joinery, ideally within commercial fit-out
- Proven experience as a Working Foreman on high-end fit-out projects
- Experience within corporate hospitality and/or restaurant fit-outs
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Valid SMSTS
- First Aid qualification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to remain hands-on while managing site operations
