Straight-line are currently seeking an experienced Screed Operator to start on a site in Manchester. The successful candidate must be confident and competent in operating an Ekin screed machine and have experience working on large concrete bases and industrial flooring projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience operating an Ekin screed machine.
  • Ability to screed large concrete slabs and bases to a high standard.
  • Strong understanding of levels, tolerances, and finishing requirements.
  • CSCS card preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a site team.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and safety conscious.

Duties:

  • Operating and maintaining the Ekin screed machine.
  • Screeding large-scale concrete bases and floor slabs.
  • Working closely with site managers and concrete teams.
  • Ensuring quality finishes are achieved within project deadlines.
  • Adhering to all site health and safety procedures.

£19.00 - £21.00 per hour
