The Role
They are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple high-spec hospitality projects nationwide. This is a senior leadership role, combining site management, commercial oversight, and client liaison to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
What You’ll Do
- Lead multiple bar, kitchen, and hospitality fit-outs from start to finish
- Apply technical expertise in kitchens, bars, joinery, M&E, and specialist finishes
- Act as main client contact, building strong relationships and managing expectations
- Coordinate site managers, subcontractors, and installation teams for seamless delivery
- Develop and manage project schedules, identifying critical paths and adjusting plans
- Monitor budgets, contract variations, and profitability in collaboration with QS and commercial teams
- Ensure all work meets H&S, CDM, and industry compliance standards
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain top-quality finishes
- Provide timely progress reports to senior management and flag risks early
About You
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager in hospitality fit-out
- Strong technical knowledge of kitchens, bars, bespoke joinery, and commercial catering systems
- Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple fast-paced projects
- Confident communicator with client-facing and negotiation experience
- Commercially aware and able to work with QS/estimating teams on costs and margins
- Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Full UK driving licence and flexible to travel nationwide
- SMSTS, CSCS (Manager Card), and First Aid preferred
