We are looking for an experienced and reliable Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join an established team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and plumbing maintenance, with additional experience in HVAC systems and building fabric repairs. You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of facilities, ensuring that all equipment, systems and building areas remain safe, compliant and fully operational. Key responsibilities * Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance. * Diagnose and repair mechanical, plumbing and HVAC faults. * Maintain heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems. * Complete plumbing repairs, including leaks, blockages, pipework and sanitary systems. * Undertake general building fabric repairs, including doors, locks, ceilings, walls, flooring and basic carpentry. * Respond promptly to maintenance requests and minimise equipment downtime. * Complete maintenance records, reports and job sheets accurately. * Work in accordance with health and safety procedures. * Liaise professionally with customers, contractors and colleagues. * Support other trades when required. About you The ideal candidate will have: * Proven experience in a multiskilled maintenance or facilities role. * Strong mechanical and plumbing experience. * Practical knowledge of HVAC systems. * Experience carrying out building fabric repairs. * The ability to read technical information and diagnose faults. * Good organisational and communication skills. * A proactive approach and the ability to work independently. * A relevant qualification or trade background. * A full UK driving licence, if required for the role.
