We are recruiting for an experienced Production Team Leader to join a fast-paced food manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on role focused on driving production performance, leading teams, and maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily production operations across processing and packing
- Ensure production targets and KPIs are achieved
- Motivate, manage, and support production staff on shift
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety
