We are currently recruiting on behalf of an established air conditioning and ventilation specialist that is continuing to expand its domestic air conditioning division. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Domestic Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join a growing team, working predominantly across Worcestershire and the wider Midlands.
The successful candidate will be confident working independently within customers' homes and capable of managing installations from initial installation through to commissioning and customer handover.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Installing domestic air conditioning systems
- Installing single-split and multi-split systems
- Installation of indoor and outdoor units
- Installing refrigerant pipework and condensate drainage
- Pressure testing and vacuuming systems
- Commissioning and testing completed installations
- Carrying out system checks and fault finding where required
- Completing installations neatly and professionally within occupied properties
- Explaining system operation to customers following installation
- Completing installation and commissioning documentation
