Multi-Skilled Tradesperson – Location: Birmingham Based with UK travel including working away from home. Employment Type: Permanent Salary up to £45,000 We are currently recruiting on behalf of a specialist contractor delivering high-quality property repairs. Due to continued growth and an increasing workload, we are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join their team. Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of repair and reinstatement works, which may include: * General building repairs and property reinstatement * Brickwork and structural repairs * Plastering, including complete rooms and patch repairs * Wall and floor tiling * Carpentry and joinery * Making good and finishing works * Other general building and maintenance tasks associated with insurance repairs The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a reliable and experienced tradesperson who can work to a high standard and represent our client professionally when working in customers' homes. You will need: * Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson / Builder * A valid CSCS card * A current UK driving licence * The ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent reliability and a professional approach * Flexibility to work away from home when required, with accommodation provided
