Senior Construction Recruitment Consultant

Straight-Line Civils’ are currently hiring a Senior Construction Recruitment Consultant. With a resourcing team already in place, this role will be focused on business development to help further drive and diversify the company beyond its already extensive customer base. Salary – £40k+ with commission and benefits to be discussed at a further date Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: * Extensive business development activity – cold calling prospective clients, sales presentations, and marketing events * Negotiation of contracts, agreeing terms of business and profit margins * Attending invitations to networking events around the Midlands, Manchester and London * Attend Site visits Knowledge, skills and experience: * A minimum of 7 years\’ experience working in a sales role within the construction labour market * Proven ability to build and maintain long-lasting business relationships * A current UK driving licence * A full understanding of the recruitment cycle, employment law, GDPR and other relevant legislation would be advantageous.
