Straight Forward Recruitment are actively looking for Tray Wash Operatives for a fresh produce company in Easton, Norwich. This is a genuine temporary to permanent opportunity, leading to a permanent position for successful candidates.
Current shift pattern is 06h00 - 14h00; this will however change to a 4 on 4 off shift pattern in the future.
Pay Rate: GBP12.21 - GBP12.27 per hour.
PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE ABLE TO WORK A 4 DAYS ON 4 DAYS OFF SHIFT PATTERN IN THE FUTURE.
As a tray build/wash operative, the work will include:
- Cleaning down aluminium crates - this will be carried out outside undercover using jet hoses.
- The trays will then be transferred into the goods in area where they will then be sanitized.
- Once sanitized, the trays will then be transferred to the high care department.
- Building of crates in readiness for them to go through the cleaning and sanitizing process.
- Disposing of crop waste - this will be carried out inside and outside.
- Full PPE provided.
Other tasks could include:
- Working in the production area.
- Packing, bagging and weighing of product.
