Straight Forward Recruitment Ltd are actively recruiting for Refuse Loaders for our client just outside Norwich. Induction will be held Week Commencing 12th January 2026.
You will be responsible for collecting domestic waste - General, Recyclables and Garden waste whilst working as part of a team. The role is physically demanding and involves manual handling - loading and unloading of waste bins, whilst working to a strict time schedule.
Hours of work: 06:00-16:00 Monday to Friday with Saturdays when required. You will work 4/5 days mainly Tuesday to Friday. Own transport and drivers licence is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided.
