Farm Worker

Straight Forward Recruitment are looking for farm workers for our client just outside Norwich located within the NR10 postcode.  Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday, 7.00am – 15:30pm and Friday’s, 7:00am – 2:30pm, 39 hours per week.  £12.21 per hour Monday – Friday £16.27 per hour Saturday and Sunday and any hours worked over 39 hours, Monday to Friday. Main tasks for the role will include the following: Undertake all aspects of poultry production. Ensuring the highest welfare standards are adhered to. Daily bedding and feeding of the animals in your care. Ventilation control. The recording of daily welfare checks and maintaining accurate records. To work in a safe manner. You will want to be part of a team with a willingness to work and improve. You will need to be reliable & have a good attitude towards working at weekends. Previous farm work experience would be desired but not essential as full training will be provided.
