Straight Forward Recruitment are actively seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will support adults with learning and physical disabilities to live independently, safely, and with dignity.
Location: Great Yarmouth, Norfolk
Salary: £12.71 per hour plus enhanced rate for bank holidays
Hours: Full-time / Part-time / days + weekends

Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs
- Provide 1-1 or group support
- Willing to support with personal care, meal preparation, companionship and light household duties
- Support individuals to access the community, including social activities and hobbies
- Encourage independence, confidence, and life skills development
- Maintain accurate records and report any concerns
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts
- Previous experience working as a Support Worker or in a similar care role
