The predicted salary is between 12 - 16 £ per hour.

Straight Forward Recruitment are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a busy printing firm based in Norwich (NR6, near the airport).

Shift Times:

  • 05:30 – 13:30, Monday to Friday
  • 14:00 – 22:00, Monday to Friday

Possible overtime available on Saturdays and Sundays. Start date will be early March.

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Main Duties Include:

  • Picking and packing products into boxes
  • Picking and packing products in accordance with pick sheets
  • Lifting boxes onto scanners and scanning labels for dispatch
  • Preparing products for dispatch
  • Moving scanned boxes onto pallets
  • Use of pallet trucks and shrink wrapping machines (full training provided)
  • Inserting and hand collation of products
  • Manual bagging, scanning and order picking

This role requires:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • High level of accuracy
  • Ability to undertake manual handling duties
  • Physical movements including bending and lifting

Some aspects of the role are physically demanding, including lifting boxes onto scanning tables and pallets. Previous experience in a pick/pack warehouse environment is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
