Straight Forward Recruitment Ltd are recruiting Tray Wash Operatives for a busy vertical farm based in Easton, Norwich. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment, supporting the cleaning and preparation of small black seeding trays used in the growing process.
Location: Easton, Norwich
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (first 2 weeks), increasing to £12.27 per hour thereafter
Job Type: Temporary (with potential to become permanent for the right candidates)
Shift: This is initially a Monday to Friday position, 06:00am – 14:00pm. However, the shift pattern will move to a 4 on / 4 off rota in the future, so applicants must be flexible and able to work this pattern moving forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Washing and sanitising small black seeding trays
- Ensuring trays meet hygiene and quality standards
- Working efficiently to meet daily production targets
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Supporting the wider production team as required
Requirements:
- Comfortable working in a warm environment where you may get wet
- Strong attention to detail
