About the Role
We are looking for caring, reliable and motivated Supported Living Support Workers to join our team and support adults to live fulfilling, independent lives within their own homes and the community. As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support tailored to each individual’s needs, preferences and goals. You will encourage independence, promote dignity and choice, and help the people we support achieve their personal aspirations.
Key Responsibilities
- Willing to support with personal care, meal preparation, companionship and light household duties
- Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs
- Provide 1-1 or group support
- Encourage independence and supporting people to develop daily living skills
- Assist with meal preparation, shopping and household tasks
- Support individuals to access community activities and social opportunities
- Maintaining accurate and confidential records
- Promoting equality, dignity, choice and inclusion at all times

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
