Overview
Straight Forward Recruitment Ltd are seeking a number of reliable and motivated Multiskilled Warehouse Operatives to join our clients fast-paced team. The role involves picking, packing, loading/unloading, and maintaining accurate inventory.
Job Title: Multiskilled Warehouse Operative – (Ambient & Freezer Warehouse)
Location: Snetterton
Contract: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent for the right candidate
Shift: 14:00 – 00:00 Sunday, 17:00 – 03:00 Monday to Thursday
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders using scanners or manual paperwork
- Load and unload vehicles safely
- Assist with stock counts and inventory accuracy using SAP or similar systems
- Maintain high standards of safety and quality
Skills & Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience essential
- Strong IT, numeracy, and literacy skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Flexible approach to tasks and working hours
- Own transport and a valid driver’s licence essential due to site location
- Able to lift a maximum of 15kg repeatedly throughout the shift, and to be in good physical condition by being able to maneuver pallets weighing 600kg using manual onsite MHE
- Positive work ethic and good attendance

- Experience with warehouse management systems (SAP)
- Food manufacturing experience
- Valid forklift and pallet truck licenses
