Overview
Straight Forward Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for multiple Production Operatives with Counter Balance FLT to join their team based in Wissington, Kings Lynn. This is a long term assignment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the running of the bagging production lines/machines: bag in box / form & fill / bag & stitch
- Move stock around the warehouse using a Counterbalance Forklift
- Carry out quality checks on packaged goods to ensure no damage
- Operate an electronic stock control system
- Perform general warehouse and factory duties – including line work
- Manual handling and physical labour are part of the role
Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift License
- Must be able to work all 3 shifts: AM, PM and NIGHTS
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse environment or FMCG environment, preferably food
- Must be comfortable with physical/manual work
- A driving license and own transport are preferred due to the site’s location
Shift Pattern
- Rotating weekly:
- 07:00 – 15:00
- 15:00 – 23:00
- 23:00 – 07:00 (Sunday to Thursday)
- Monday to Friday AM & PM Shifts
- Sunday to Thursday Night Shift
