About the Role
We are seeking experienced and motivated Team Leaders to join our client in Brandon. In this position, you will support the Production Supervisor by overseeing a team of operators during the day shift. The role requires a hands-on approach to leading production activities, operating machinery, and ensuring that all output meets the company’s standards for quality, efficiency, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a team of Operators to deliver daily production objectives.
- Operate production equipment and perform regular changeovers in accordance with established procedures.
- Monitor production line performance, identify any deviations, and elevate issues promptly.
- Promote and enforce adherence to Health & Safety and GMP standards at all times.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including shift handovers, production data, and quality control records.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance support to team members to foster continuous development.
- Collaborate with the Production Supervisor to implement process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your team, ensuring effective communication across shifts.
Working Hours
PM shift: Monday to Thursday, 6AM – 6PM. Additional shift options may be available based on operational requirements.
Compensation and Benefits

Candidate Profile
- Demonstrable experience within a production or machine operation environment, with previous responsibility for leading or coordinating a team.
