Straight Forward Recruitment are currently recruiting Process Operatives to join a busy and professional team at a leading cosmetics manufacturer in Brandon.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established production environment and play an important role in manufacturing high-quality cosmetic products.
Shift Available
- Nights: Monday to Thursday, 18:00 – 06:00
Pay Rate
- £13.50 per hour
The Role
As a Process Operative, you will be involved in the production of cosmetic products, following set recipes, procedures and quality standards to ensure every batch is manufactured safely and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow detailed manufacturing recipes and production procedures
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
- Work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Monitor products throughout the manufacturing process
- Identify and report any quality issues or deviations
- Follow all health, safety and company procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production or a process-based environment is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
- Good reading, writing and basic numeracy skills
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual and committed to your role
Rate of Pay
£13.50 per Hour
