Organised and great with people. We are a creative agency who love designing and building great products for our clients.

You will lead projects and support the wider team across brand creation, rebrands and implementation. You’ll get involved from day one and will build strong internal relationships. You’ll collaborate with strategists, writers, designers and artworkers, relishing input and challenging yourself. You’ll be client-facing, able to nurture strong client relationships and support the team to help grow accounts.

The Role:

As a Project Manager at Strafe Creative, you’ll be at the heart of our company in the PM team, steering a diverse array of projects to success. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that client expectations are not just met, but exceeded, all while keeping projects on track and within budget.

You’ll be the primary contact for your clients, ensuring smooth communication and seamless project execution from start to finish. You need to be highly organised and build strong relationships with both clients and internal teams, including designers and developers.

Your key outcomes will be:

  • Delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget
  • Facilitating clear and effective communication between clients and the team
  • Coordinating with third-party providers and managing resources efficiently
  • Ensuring high standards through thorough quality assurance processes
  • Preparing comprehensive content and briefs for our designers and developers
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships for an enjoyable working relationship
