Our client is a growing business specialising in bespoke retail display solutions, combining sustainability, innovation, creativity, and design to deliver engaging in-store experiences. As the company expands its offering to include both UK and Far East manufacturing, they are seeking a technically minded, creative professional to support sales, develop client solutions, and manage projects from concept through to delivery. This role is hands-on and client-facing, requiring someone who can contribute technical expertise during sales discussions, help shape creative design solutions, and oversee project delivery.

Collaboration is central to the business, with a strong one-team culture, a commitment to continuous development, and a supportive, people-first environment. The key objectives of the role are to grow the store fixtures and visual merchandising areas of the business, build and develop strong client relationships through technical and creative expertise, and support the successful management and delivery of projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities within existing accounts and proactively develop new business
  • Leverage both UK and overseas manufacturing capabilities
  • Manage projects from client brief and concept through production, installation, and review
  • Develop and present creative and technical proposals alongside clients
  • Monitor project progress and communicate clearly with clients and internal teams
  • Represent the business at client meetings and industry events
