They are seeking a Senior Account Director to lead a sector of the business with full autonomy.
The successful candidate will drive growth by managing key customer relationships, mentoring account teams, and developing strategic plans to expand accounts and increase profitability. This senior leadership role will also involve supporting business development initiatives, holding P&L responsibility, and ensuring best-in-class project delivery.
The ideal candidate will be a commercially astute, dynamic leader with a proven track record in client services or sales management, ideally in retail manufacturing or creative production environments.
