Our client is a well-established, full service independent agency, specialising in tailored retail display solutions. They design, build and install bespoke POP/POS and retail solutions for a range of industry leading clients. They are currently looking for a talented POS Project Manager, with a wealth of experience, to join their team. The role will be within the projects department, reporting to the Head of Projects. This is an office-based role, but it is also heavily reliant on building client and supplier relations. So, you will be required to attend client/supplier meetings and site visits.
Job Role
- Client Management – Keep clients informed at every stage, managing their expectations throughout the project
- Interpret the client’s brief and ensure you fully understand the client’s needs
- Project Management – handle multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion
- Negotiate the best price with suppliers, without compromising on quality
- Prepare quotes in a timely manner
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, on budget and to a high standard
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues
